Abstract:
Effective and successful managers pay attention to the emotional potential of the people and in their relations can understand the emotion and feelings of the
Others andact in a proper way.
Just in one word they have high emotional intelligence and this enables them to create a good atmosphere in their organization to train the talented people which causes the implementation of the learning organization culture, considered as a computational excellence nowadays .
The aim of this disquisition is to study the effects of the emotional intelligence of the managers of East azarbayjangeneral post office , on learning organizational culture. The academic bases of this study is a compound of the academic theory of emotional intelligence and theory of Mikhail Markuart in which 4 component consisting self-consciousness ,self-management ,social -consciousness and management of relations are taken into account to study the emotional intelligence.
In order to reach the targets of this study one basic theory and 4 alternative theories are considered To check these theories, a questionnaire including 54 questions are designed. After validity and permanence control a statistics group consist of 125 peoples are asked, to answer it. After summarization and classification of the archived results, descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used to analyzing them. The results of the researches indicate that among the 4 components of the emotional intelligence only Self-management doesn’t have any relation with the learning organization culture in East Azarbayjan general post office. k
